Calendarkiddo LLC (“Calendarkiddo”, “us”, “we”, “our”) collects information about you when you use our Services and through other interactions and communications you have with us.

We require event organizers to register for an account in order to submit events. If you choose to register for a Calendarkiddo account, you will be required to provide certain information. We collect information you provide directly to us, which may include your name, e-mail address, and company. We may also collect information as a result of your communications with us. By voluntarily providing us with your information, you consent to our use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, and mobile network information.
When you interact with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, pages viewed, type of browser, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.
What Information Is Visible or Displayed to the Public?
Accounts created by users on our Services will not be publicly visible. All content submitted in relation to an event will be publicly visible.

Children’s privacy is very important to us. Calendarkiddo does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow them to register. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may use the Services only under the supervision of an adult. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13 years of age, we will remove that information immediately and deactivate any accounts. Calendarkiddo is a free service and therefore financial information is never collector or stored on our servers or databases. We may store user information on servers or databases located outside of our direct control.

If your information is compromised, we will notify you immediately via e-mail and/or via a notice on our Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not be liable for any unintentional disclosure or disclosures that occur due to security breaches of our systems and capabilities.

You may agree to submit or decline to submit information to us. If a you decline to submit information to us, you will not be able to access or use certain features of our Services, such as registration for an account.
You also have the option to update, change, remove, correct certain information in your account profile. Most changes may be made using the “Settings” feature in your account. If you wish to cancel your account indefinitely, you may do so by contacting us to process this request.
